Studio policies
Booking and deposits
All clients must provide a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the bill is to be paid at the end of the session before media is released. We accept cash, cheque, & e-transfer.
Media
Once media is released we hold no responsibility for the clients files. Media can be transferred to your drive at the end of the session or sent to you via a link to our server. We recommend you create backups of all files immediately to avoid any loss of data.
Cancellations
Cancellation within five days of a session will result in a forfeit of deposit. This may be applied as a credit to future bookings on a case by case basis. Cancellation within 48 hours of a session will result in full billing for the session.
